This offering is built to hold a safe space for those navigating grief, as well as their loved ones.

Significant loss can reshape our entire life. It forces us into places we never considered possible while simultanelosly trying to navigate everyday life. Imagine climbing Mt. Everest for the first time while trying to file your taxes.

Now, imagine trying to make that climb alone.

Our loved ones play a significant role in supporting us while we shift through the many layers of grief.

Built by a gal carrying the weight of loss, A Friend in Grief is an informal gathering to bring together those who know grief and those who love them. This is only a place of understanding and not a place of judgement.

Bring a loved one or come alone. You are never alone in the circle.

This is a free offering. Limited capacity so please RSVP.

Doors will open at six but we will begin when all arrive.

Light nosh and N/A beverages provided. Feel free to bring any drink of choice.
