Restorative Touch & Sound Bath
As springs warmth begins to wake us from winters slumber our bodies need gentle movements to prepare for the busy seasons ahead.
Restorative Touch is a combination of prop-supported yoga and massage therapy. You will be guided into gentle poses in which you will sink in for a few moments. While you release into the props, a licensed massage therapist will provide light touch to better help the body ease into a place of restoration. The use of various instruments with accompany the bodywork as a way to invite the mind to follow the body into a state of bliss.
All props are provided. Dress comfortably to support gentle movement, and restful poses.

We welcome people from all backgrounds and identities.
This offering is open to adults 18 and over. Participants ages 15–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
