About the event
Restorative Touch is a combination of prop-supported yoga and massage therapy. You will be guided into gentle poses in which you will sink in for a few moments. While you release into the props, a licensed massage therapist will provide light touch to better help the body ease into a place of restoration. The use of various instruments with accompany the bodywork as a way to invite the mind to follow the body into a state of bliss. All props are provided. You are encouarged to dress comfortable and bring water.
