Weaving together the calming benefits of restorative yoga, the therapeutic rewards of massage, and the grounding properties of sound healing, this offering will leave you feeling deeply connected to your body, rooted to the earth, and filled with love for your being.
All props are provided. Dress comfortably to support gentle movement, and restful poses.

We welcome people from all backgrounds and identities.
This offering is open to adults 18 and over. Participants ages 15–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
